I was raised with the philosophy of "Waste not want not", and that applies to everything I do. I'm sure many of us were raised like that, but we seem to forget it and take everything around us for granted. My wife and I try to do everything we can. For example, we bought cloth grocery bags so instead of them using plastic bags at the grocery or Walmart, we have them save the bags and put the stuff in the cloth bags.
